It's decision time. What do you do. Crunch time means something has got to be done. You face a dilemma. What's the solution?
Let's talk a little bit about wisdom It is something we all want to possess. No one wants to be considered stupid. So how do we acquire wisdom?
Praying with confidence. How often does that happen for you? Everytime? Sometimes?
Almost never?
Compassion. It's a beautiful thing. I never realized how beautiful until recently.
The Lovely Susette and I are traveling this week, so I picked out one of my favorite devotions from a past April. It's called: "Nothing."
Here's a strategy for you...Low and slow. Recommended by a major star but used ages before that.
Difficult times. We fight depression, sorrow, and despair. Sometimes it is hard to see how we will survive. We are hurtin. We are changed. To give thanks for these "fiery trials", that's hard. But we can do it.
Are you being good to yourself? No I didn't ask if you were good to other people...we're talking about how you treat yourself. Let's take a look at that here and maybe some eyes will be opened to new ways to think about what's going on in your life.
This is a test! Well, you are not going to get graded. If anyone does that it would be you. So,straight from the funny papers to you here comes: "Testing the Statement."
What's the weather forecast for your situation today? Will you have to operate under a cloud...maybe partly cloudy...or fair? Perhaps, your life will be blessed with brilliant sunshine, today. Oh yeah, we're not talking about the weather...just using a weather analogy.
